It feels a little hit or miss because the stuff was fine, just not great value. I ended up finding similar items cheaper elsewhere afterward, which was frustrating

"Pretty decent overall, just a bit mixed"
I had a look through Westbase Direct while trying to sort out a few networking bits, and the site was easy enough to get around. The categories made sense, and I did manage to find some of what I needed without spending ages clicking around, which is always a plus.

That said, after browsing for a while, I started noticing that a few things I expected to see either weren’t there or only had a couple of options. So it’s not bad by any means, and it does the job for basic stuff, but if you’re after a really wide selection, it can feel a little hit and miss

Since then, ordering has been straightforward, and any questions I’ve had have been answered fast. It’s ridiculous how rare it feels to deal with a company that actually helps when you need them, but these guys really did.

I’ve used Westbasedirect a few times now and it’s been mostly fine. Most of my orders went through without any issues and the website usually works okay. I did run into a couple of delays though, and support took abit longer than I expected to get back to me. Overall it’s not bad, just not something I’d call super dependable every single time.

The whole thing was straightforward, and there weren’t any weird surprises when I got to checkout. For what I needed, it felt like good value. I used westbasedirect.com when I was looking around and comparing a few things, and it was straightforward. The pages loaded fine for me, and I didn’t really run into anything that felt too frustrating.

Finding products was easy enough, and the menu made sense once I started clicking through it. Checkout was also simple, which I always appreciate because some sites make that part way more annoying than it needs to be.

I’m giving it 4 stars just because a few pages felt kinda busy, and I did have to click around more than I expected in a couple spots. But overall, it worked well for what I needed, and yeah, I’d use it again.
